Samantha Mohr

Mohr was an UGA student who advised her to participate in Miss Columbus 1985. Miss Columbus 1985 pageant, was the winner. Mohr then was eligible to take part in Miss Georgia. Miss Georgia pageant, which was held in June of 1985. Mohr won the contest on Saturday, June 22, 1985. Mohr was awarded more than 3500 dollars in scholarship money and additional prizes during the pageant for the state. The activities she took part in as Miss Georgia included public appearances at locations all over Georgia. Mohr was a representative of Georgia in Miss America 1986 in Atlantic City (New Jersey) in September of 1985. Mohr could predict the likelihood that Susan Akin would win Miss America through computer-generated modeling. The odds of winning were 22:1. Mohr was not on the top 10 list of candidates for the Miss America crown. Mohr had been Miss Georgia for a total of 10 years. She resigned in Marlesa Bal, who was her successor to the title, was named Miss Georgia 1986, on June 28th in 1986. Samantha Samantha Samantha
